Everyone, from the top down, is committed to minimising our impact on the environment.

This commitment stems from our passion to preserve the purity of the water that is Snowy Mountain Natural Spring Water.

The spring that we tap into, which is situated in the beautiful foothills of the Macedon Ranges, is a naturally occurring, sustainable water resource that is audited annually by the Biological Farmers of Australia (BFA)

We are also committed to providing our customers with the highest quality natural spring water, and in doing so we need to understand the effect our activities could have on the environment. So we constantly review our work practices to see if there are ways we can lessen our impact on the environment or reduce the amount of resources it takes to bottle our water.

Most importantly, we recognise the need to conserve our resources for future generations.

Snowy Mountain Natural Spring Water bottles are 100% recyclable and are BPA free.

Each bottle carries the recycling symbol of 3 twisted chasing arrows (the Mobious loop) on the bottom. The number 1 inside the symbol identifies the bottle as a PET bottle which is 100% recyclable.

Recycled PET bottles are used to make a range of items including more PET bottles, clothing, bags and much more.

Snowy Mountain Natural Spring Water encourages responsible disposal and recycling of our bottles and we take our responsibility to promote positive environmental action very seriously.

The bottling industry is also doing its part, investing more than $70 million during the past 20 years to improve recycling and reduce litter. A 2006 Plastics and Chemicals Industries Association (PACIA) report found that PET plastic is recycled at more than double the rate of all other plastics.
